Are you interested in the opportunity to let go of your burdens and reveal the sacredness of your humanity? Join Aaron, our Co-Founder and resident Somatic Breathwork Practitioner, yoga instructor, and mindfulness facilitator every Tuesday night at 7:00pm for Somatic Breathwork. Somatic Breathwork reignites the body’s innate intelligence by using the breath as a driving force for change. Engaging directly with the soma, this practice liberates stagnant energy trapped in the body, directly addresses stress, anxiety and a laundry list of other symptoms we carry as a byproduct of living in these times. Whether you are new to Breathwork or are an experienced practitioner, every session is vastly different. Common expressions may look like yelling, crying, shaking and the full spectrum of human emotion. These powerful releases create mental clarity and bring us back into harmony with our natural, vital, sacred, ‘felt’ sense of being; as we claim Energetic sovereignty, and restore meaning and intimacy with all of life.
